Each student receives individual, 30-minute coaching sessions focused on building accountability, confidence, and self-sufficiency. Sessions are structured and practical, helping students clarify goals, plan their week, reflect on progress, and adjust strategies when something isn’t working. The coaching relationship is designed to provide steady structure and encouragement without micromanagement or constant oversight. Frequency and intensity of support can be adjusted as students develop stronger skills and independence.
