All classes are done through live coaching via Zoom. We use AI, high level technology, interactive whiteboards, PDF editing softwares, and more to promote concept mastery.

Includes:
Each student receives two individual, 30-minute coaching sessions each week focused on building accountability, confidence, and self-sufficiency. Sessions are structured and practical, helping students clarify goals, plan their week, reflect on progress, and adjust strategies when something isn’t working. The emphasis is on developing skills like organization, follow-through, motivation, and stress management—not completing assignments or reviewing academic content.
Sessions are collaborative and student-centered, with the goal of helping students take increasing ownership of their responsibilities over time.
Between sessions, students receive structured asynchronous support to reinforce consistency and follow-through. This includes: brief check-ins, goal reminders, encouragement, and direct access to support through Slack messaging throughout the week. Students can reach out whenever they have questions or need guidance, and when a concept or strategy requires a more detailed explanation, personalized video responses will be provided so they can review the guidance at their own pace.
Support may include:
Asynchronous support is student-focused, centered on accountability and skill development, and is available six days a week (Monday–Saturday).
Students work toward clear, realistic goals that are reviewed regularly. Progress is tracked over time so students can see growth, identify patterns, and build confidence in their ability to manage school demands independently.
The coaching relationship is designed to provide steady structure and encouragement without micromanagement or constant oversight. The goal is to help students gradually build the habits, confidence, and independence needed to succeed on their own.
