Eco-conscious education on behaviors relating to ecology, emissions, materials, waste, energy, and water.
Consultation on efficient and reliable transportation methods, an equitable and diverse workplace environment, and community wellness/health.
Aligning sustainability goals related to investment responsibility, corporate openness, and transparent reporting.
Assessing climate risks, the impact of inefficient systems, and the installment of renewable and economically sustainable systems for long term economic benefit that meet carbon-reducing market and technology shifts.
The Environment, Society and Economy are all connected. Eventually, continued ignorance to eco-conscious behaviors and business practices will lead to a weaker economy and society. We must work together to promote environmental consciousness, social equity, governance transparency, and climate resilience.
The emerging importance of sustainable development cannot be ignored. Current global construction is adding the equivalent of Paris every week to infrastructure and our global population is expected to reach 10 billion by 2050. Construction contributes to 40% of landfills, 70% of CO2 emissions, 25% of water use, and 40% of the global energy budget. Meanwhile, the fields of product manufacturing, textiles, and agriculture are the leading contributors to climate change.
